The Apartments Villas NA Plots Shops & Offices signs were everywhere, new highways, airport announcements, metro connectivity, industrial policy changes, educational institution expansion and more. But someone needed to bridge the gap between Pune’s established expertise and these emerging opportunities.

That someone became us.

We founded this company so we can be catalysts of strategic regional growth. We saw that Solapur’s industrial potential, Baramati’s educational hub status, and the corridor connectivity improvements would create massive opportunities for those positioned early and executed smartly.
